ReadyMade USA takes great care in personally handling all glazing (cut glass and acrylic) orders. However, glazing materials are extremely fragile. Consequently glazing is difficult to safely transport by common shippers/carriers (i.e. UPS, FED EX, DHL; etc.).  For this reason customers who purchase glass must also purchase insurance in order to cover any possible breakage or permanent damage caused by delivery by carriers other than ReadyMade USA. Permanent damage refers to breakage to glass or acrylic in such a way that installation is impossible and or the effect of the installation creates obvious preservation risks and/or enhancement flaws.
